Brig. Gen. Eden J. Murrie
Brig. Gen. Eden J. Murrie is the Director of Air Force Services, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Washington, D.C. Her organization's mission is to increase combat capability and improve productivity through programs promoting readiness, esprit de corps and quality of life for Airmen and their families. General Murrie provides policy, technical direction and oversight for the $2 billion worldwide Services program, which includes physical fitness, peacetime and wartime troop feeding, Air Force Mortuary Affairs Operations, Armed Forces entertainment, Air Force protocol, lodging, libraries, child development centers, youth centers and a wide spectrum of recreation activities. She provides oversight for uniforms, awards and recognition, Airman and family readiness, the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response program and other commander-interest programs that contribute to military force sustainment.

Mr. Horace L. 'H.L.' Larry
Mr. Horace L. 'H.L.' Larry, a member of the Senior Executive Service, is Deputy Director of Air Force Services, Deputy Chief of Staff for Manpower, Personnel and Services, Headquarters Air Force Services Agency, Port San Antonio, TX. His organization's mission is to increase combat capability and improve productivity through programs promoting readiness, esprit de corps and quality of service for Air Force people. Mr. Larry provides policy, technical direction and oversight for the $2-billion worldwide Services program, which includes physical fitness, peacetime and wartime troop feeding, Air Force mortuary affairs operations, Armed Forces entertainment, Air Force protocol, lodging, libraries, child development centers, youth centers and a wide spectrum of recreation activities.

Col. Sandra M. Adams
Colonel Sandra M. Adams is Commander of the Air Force Services Agency, a Field Operating Agency in San Antonio, TX, that reports to HQ USAF/A1S in Washington, D.C. Her organization's mission is to support AF and Services leadership; MAJCOMs, Field CCs, and base-level Force Support units in accomplishing the greater AF mission and improve Quality of Life for personnel and their families. The areas under her command include community support, business activities, human resources oversight for 28,000 NAF personnel, central contracting, data management, worldwide financial and banking systems, and $600M in NAF construction.

Mr. Michael S. "Mike" Bensen
Mr. Mike Bensen is the Deputy to the Commander of the Air Force Services Agency, which provides operational oversight and support for Force Support organizations assigned to the 84 worldwide major Air Force installations across the Active Duty Major Commands; the Air Force Reserve and the Air National Guard. The Services Agency maintains and executes Air Force Services policies, procedures, and Air Force wide programs in support of over 50,000 military and civilian personnel generating over $2B in revenues to enhance force readiness, retention, and recruitment; to include worldwide nonappropriated fund financial management and accounting systems, contracting and purchasing, data automation and information technology systems, and community and combat support program operations.

Mr. Jonathan A. Grammer
Mr. Jonathan A. Grammer is the Director of Staff, Headquarters Air Force Services Agency, Port San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Grammer began his Air Force career when he enlisted in August 1977. He served several assignments as an administrative specialist at Malmstrom AFB, Montana and also at AFROTC Detachment 860, Utah State University in Logan, Utah. He separated from the Air Force in June of 1986 and entered the Reserve Officers' Training Program at Utah State University, graduating in June 1988 as a distinguished graduate. In October, he was assigned to Lowry Air Force Base, Colorado as a personnel officer. During this assignment, he also served as an Executive Officer, Headquarters Squadron Section Commander and as a Military Training Flight Commander.

Mr. William A. Foran
Mr. William A. Foran is the Director of Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) Purchasing, Air Force NAF Purchasing Office (AFNAFPO), HQ Air Force Services Agency, San Antonio, Texas. In this capacity he is responsible for providing a wholesale purchasing network for equipment, supplies, services, and resale goods for NAF activities of the Air Force, Army, Navy, and Marines worldwide. Through the Commander's Smart Buy Program, a central contracting program, AFNAFPO creates and executes $250 million of market leverage purchasing on behalf of the Services NAF activities. AFNAFPO provides direct support to over 3,500 activities and is responsible for establishing USAF NAF contracting policy and procedures, providing training and certifying NAF contracting officers.

Colonel Todd R. Tyree
Colonel Todd R. Tyree is the Director, Financial Management and Comptroller for the Air Force Services Agency, San Antonio, Texas. The Agency operates with a business volume of $2.4 billion annually and is the hub for all Air Force operations providing lodging, food service, club management, youth and child development centers, and recreational services for all Air Force installations worldwide. He is responsible for the management of all appropriated and nonappropriated funds for the Agency and oversees portfolio investments for retirement and 401(k) savings programs of over $900 million.

Col. Patrick A. Dunn
Colonel Patrick A. Dunn is the Director of Services Operation Directorate, Headquarters Air Force Services Agency. The directorate is responsible for managing Air Force-level technical support, initiatives, training, and customer service to field commanders in the areas of reserve affairs, fitness, lodging, food and beverage operations and readiness. His directorate provides wartime guidance for Services operations, develops and sources deployable force packages, and oversees field equipment modernization.

In this capacity, he provides worldwide support for a broad range of Services programs and operations--AF Sports, Child and Youth Development Programs, Golf, Bowling, Arts & Crafts, Information Tickets and Travel, Outdoor Recreation, Community Activities, Aero Clubs, Logistics Management, Amusement Machines, Entertainment, Marketing and Commercial Sponsorship. Ms. Jo Anne Dimitriou
Jo Anne Dimitriou is the Director, Plans and Force Management, Headquarters Air Force Services Agency, San Antonio, Texas. She is responsible for providing managerial and operational oversight over the Air Force Services Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) personnel system, NAF employee benefits and compensation programs, NAF employee retirement fund, NAF insurance programs, the Air Force NAF Facility Construction Program, the Services career field education and training programs, and the Air Force library program. Her directorate provides operational support to the 50,000 plus Air Force Services military and civilian workforce, and installation Services organizations across all eight Major Air Force Commands, the Air Force Reserve and the Air National Guard.

Mr. Felix J. Stalls
Felix Stalls is the Chief, Services Law Division, Headquarters, United States Air Force, San Antonio, Texas. He previously served as an Air Staff Counsel and an Associate Counsel in this same office, starting in 2004. His first Air Force civilian position was as an Attorney for the AF Recruiting Service from 2001-2004.
Mr. Stalls first entered military service in 1967 under the Army's Warrant Officer Flight Training Program as an E-1. He received his Officer's Warrant and his Army Aviator's Wings in 1968. After serving 18 months in the Republic of Vietnam and accumulating over 1200 hours of combat flight time, he returned to Texas in April 1970.
